we have found that sometimes changes in Windows operating system may cause license verification to stop working.

You have to follow these steps to delete preferences of WSClient++ and reactivate the software as mentioned below.

  1. Close your WSClient++
  2. Go to Windows Explorer
  3. Click on address bar, type %appdata%
  4. You will then see com.neurospeech.wsclient.* folders
  5. Delete all com.neurospeech.wsclient.* folders
  6. Restart your WSClient++ and reactivate it.
